Emma Bacon

Passionately driven by positivity and teamwork, Emma Bacon serves as an Estimator at KC Painting & Coatings, bringing a fresh perspective to the construction industry. Although new to the field, Emma draws on years of experience managing salons and restaurants—roles that sharpened her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Since earning her Business Administration degree from Georgia State University in 2022, Emma has embraced the challenge of learning the industry from the ground up. She finds inspiration in seeing both her teammates and herself achieve great results, and loves being part of a team where every win feels shared.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys hiking and spending time with her two dogs, Macie and Margo. Fun fact: she has a twin—and no, she isn’t related to Kevin Bacon!
