Jennifer Shapard serves as the Director of Human Resources at KC Painting & Coatings, where she brings a deep expertise in workforce management, HR technology, and compensation & benefits. Based in Alpharetta, GA, Jennifer has played a pivotal role in strengthening KCPC’s HR foundation, leading the creation of companywide job descriptions and designing a new performance management process that helps employees grow and succeed.

Known for her thoughtful approach and commitment to building a people-centered culture, Jennifer combines strategic insight with practical solutions to support both employees and the broader goals of the organization.
