Matt Benedict is the Director of Business Development for the Commercial Division on the East Coast, where he focuses on building strategic partnerships and driving sustainable growth. In his role, he is passionate about empowering teams and aligning organizational goals with innovative strategies that strengthen client relationships and deliver meaningful results.

Although new to this industry, Matt brings more than 18 years of experience in business development and sales leadership within the healthcare space. His background includes deep expertise in complex sales, business strategy, and team transformation. Previously, he served as a Divisional Vice President and Partner at Jackson & Coker, a leading locum tenens staffing firm, where he played a key role in driving growth and developing high-performing teams.

Matt is also the co-founder of GLUED Performance, a consulting firm dedicated to helping sales professionals and executives across industries develop a strong performance mindset for both personal and professional growth. He holds a degree in Finance from the University of West Georgia.
