Nancy Bienvenu-Bell

With a career that began amid the bright lights of Times Square, Nancy Bienvenu-Bell brings over 37 years of accounting expertise and a passion for mentorship to her role as Director of Administration at KC Painting & Coatings.

Throughout her journey, Nancy has held diverse roles—from staff accountant and revenue manager to assistant controller and tax accountant—before earning her CPA certification in Georgia. She later served as controller for both a software startup and an insurance wholesale company, discovering along the way that financial accounting, with its precision and detail, is where she shines brightest.

Growing up in a large family taught Nancy the value of teamwork—an ethos she carries into the office every day. Known for her skill in financial accounting, risk management, and building strong relationships, she is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and supporting colleagues to help them grow and succeed.

Outside of work, Nancy enjoys gardening, relaxing by the lake, and spending time with her family.
