Nickie Bennett

Guided by a deep belief that people thrive when they feel seen and supported, Nickie Bennett brings warmth, organization, and dedication to her role as Human Resources Administrator at KC Painting & Coatings.

Nickie began her career in accounting before stepping away from the workforce to raise her four children—a chapter that strengthened her commitment to empathy and resilience. When she returned, she joined Kilcor as a Safety Coordinator and later transitioned into HR, where she discovered her true passion: helping employees feel valued and empowered to succeed.

Skilled at building trust and strong working relationships, Nickie combines her organizational background with a thoughtful, people-centered approach. Her attention to detail and proactive mindset help create a welcoming and supportive environment, both behind the scenes and face-to-face.

Nickie holds an OSHA 10 certification. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, playing and watching sports, and, above all, spending quality time outdoors with her family.
